
South East Water contracted Dawaray Business Consulting for the development of their Reconciliation Action Plan to continue building efforts of reconciliation with Australian Indigenous peoples and communities. The plan engaged all parts of the business to develop realistic goals that align with South East Water and provided genuine outcomes to increase opportuntiies for reconciliation and understanding.
Veolia Australia and New Zealand are undertaking a project in regional Victoria within the energy and recycling sector. Dawaray was engaged to undertake a First Nations stakeholder review and needs analysis in preparation for commencement of works.
The project engaged First Nations stakeholders and worked with them to identify their needs for the development of activities that benefit and reinvest back into the community.
Dawaray successfully supported Glen Eira City Council to strengthen engagement with Traditional Owners and build its capacity to foster reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through consultations, the integration of an Aboriginal Community Officer, and a tailored Traditional Owner Engagement Plan, we delivered culturally informed strategies that created meaningful dialogue and trust.
Kinaway Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce engaged Dawaray to provide a information sessions for members regarding business leadership and business planning for members and those aspiring to commence their own enterprises. Through a series of bespoke sessions, Dawaray delivered a program that explored leadership styles, the difference between leadership and management, and developing business plans.
